Join AGT Soileos as a Process Operator with full-time hours and varied shifts. This role focuses on manufacturing processes and ensuring product safety and quality.

In this position, you will work at our new production facility north of Rosetown. As one of two Process Operators, you'll oversee the handling of raw and finished materials, employing strong troubleshooting abilities. You’ll be responsible for monitoring equipment and engaging in quality control activities, helping maintain a safe manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe work practices consistent with manufacturing standards

• Operate and adjust the production process machinery

• Collect samples and conduct thorough quality control

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work spaces

• Perform additional assigned duties

Requirements:

• Authorization to work in Canada required

• Experience with machinery operation preferred

• Proven ability to manage tasks in manufacturing settings

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to meet physical work demands
