Planner in Production Scheduling

Position: Planner Role in Production Scheduling
Drive operational excellence at Atlantic Packaging as a Planner. Based in Hannon, your focus will be on developing and modifying production schedules to enhance supply chain efficiency.

In this role, you'll report to the Manager of Planning & Inventory. Key tasks include scheduling production orders, maximizing corrugator efficiency, and maintaining clear communication with shipping and production teams. Your analytical skills will be critical in resolving discrepancies and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule production orders with attention to customer due dates

• Create efficient line-ups for the corrugator

• Communicate production priorities effectively

• Resolve discrepancies using production data analysis

• Monitor and adjust production plans as necessary

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Operations/Inventory management

• Experience in management or production scheduling

• Pursuing or possessing an APICS-CPIM Certificate

• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel

• Excellent communication and detail-oriented mindset
