Located in Grimsby Ontario, RRD Welding & Fabrication Inc. has been delivering quality work for many years to clients in North America and around the world. RRD specializes in a vast range of products and services in the welding and fabrication space.

We are currently looking for a Welder to join the team based out of Grimsby Ontario. The Welder will operate welding equipment to weld ferrous and non-ferrous metals to meet client and project requirements.

• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using various processes
• Operate brazing and soldering equipment
• Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
• Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears and other metal straightening and bending machines
• Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Welder required
• Must be well organized and punctual
• Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
