Quality Assurance Packaging Operator

Maintain high standards of packaging quality as a Quality Assurance Packaging Operator. Monitor production schedules, inspect for defects, and ensure compliance with procedures.

This position requires reviewing work orders and production schedules to verify material availability. You will visually assess packaging strips for defects at various intervals, documenting any issues encountered. Active communication is essential as you report defects to management and ensure that safety procedures are being followed before commencing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check production schedules for packaging readiness

• Perform visual inspections throughout production runs

• Document and report defects on Exit Operator's Report

• Complete required training modules routinely

• Analyze hazards and implement safety measures

Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent experience

• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities

• Strong time management skills and dedication

• Self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously

• Capacity to thrive under structured conditions
