As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be at the forefront of manufacturing at Orlick Industries, which provides parts primarily to Honda. This role entails ensuring machine safety, loading castings, and performing inspections during Monday to Friday shifts. A strong background in mathematics and excellent hand-eye coordination are imperative for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough visual inspections for machine safety
• Load and secure castings in the CNC machines
• Monitor operations, addressing any issues promptly
• Measure parts for quality assurance using gauges
• Report any discrepancies in quality checks immediately
Requirements:
• Must have Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Strong mathematical abilities required
• Excellent hand/eye coordination skills necessary
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
• Work independently with minimal supervision
