Our client in Stoney Creek seeks an intermediate/senior CNC machinist with at least five years of experience. You will work with medium to large precision components using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls. Ensure product compliance by pre-inspecting parts and verifying tooling requirements before starting each job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program and operate CNC Horizontal Boring Mill for parts
• Pre-inspect parts for compliance before production
• Verify tooling requirements are met prior to jobs
• Communicate any issues to the supervisor
• Set up and adjust machines as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience with CNC Horizontal Boring Mills
• Proficient in Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
• Ability to work with precision components
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Availability for Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm schedule
