Major Gifts Development Officer Hybrid

This full-time position is essential for enhancing the Major Gifts team’s efforts to generate revenue and foster relationships with supporters. You will develop and execute strategies to acquire major gifts ranging from $10,000 to $100,000, identify potential funding sources, and craft impactful fundraising materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cultivation and solicitation strategies for major gifts

• Research and write fundraising proposals and materials

• Collaborate with the Major Gift team on donor engagement

• Proactively identify and qualify prospective donors

• Assist with various duties to meet team goals

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma

• Minimum 3 years fundraising experience, preferably healthcare

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge or similar software

• Strategic thinking and program management skills
