Nurse Practitioner

Position: Nurse Practitioner Needed
Join a well-established family practice in Hamilton Mountain as a Nurse Practitioner, working three to four days a week.

This role offers autonomy while accessing a comprehensive healthcare support network.

This position involves delivering comprehensive patient care across various demographics. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment and have at least three years of experience in a primary care setting. You will utilize TELUS PS Suite for EMR, focusing on a collaborative, patient-centered approach while managing a diverse patient panel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and develop care plans

• Manage chronic conditions and acute health issues

• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests

• Deliver preventive care and health education

• Collaborate with allied health professionals

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in primary care

• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills

• Ability to work independently

• Experience with EMR systems preferred
