As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide essential therapies and nursing care for patients in critical condition. This position requires current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and at least 2 years of relevant acute medical/surgical experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver critical nursing care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Participate in ongoing education and ICU-related research initiatives

• Utilize the nursing process to assess and manage patient care

• Incorporate critical care standards into everyday practice

• Provide patient and family advocacy in the ICU setting

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 2 years of acute medical/surgical nursing experience

• BCLS/HCP and ACLS certification required

• Knowledge of arrhythmia interpretation preferred

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
