Elizz, part of SE Health, is looking for Registered Practical Nurses to deliver dedicated in-home care in Hamilton. This role emphasizes critical skills like wound care and effective communication, ensuring clients receive compassionate support. You will manage your own schedule while contributing to a team-oriented approach that values growth and comprehensive rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized in-home nursing care to individual clients
• Perform wound care and assist with critical and palliative care
• Maintain accurate records including immunization and TB tests
• Communicate effectively to provide companionship
• Manage your schedule independently while collaborating with the team
Requirements:
• Current member of the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Mandatory experience in wound care
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Valid driver's license and vehicle necessary
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
