Community-Based Wound Care Nurse St. Joseph's

Join St. Joseph's Home Care as a Wound Care Nurse, delivering specialized care right at patients' homes. This role, available as full-time or part-time, prioritizes compassionate, high-quality wound and continence management for adult clients.
You will play an essential role in our healthcare team, using your nursing expertise to enhance patient independence and comfort in their own environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver wound and ostomy care using best practices

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for consistent care

• Develop individualized care plans with clients

• Engage in ongoing nursing education for self and others

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing or BSN

• License with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Required Wound Care certification

• 1-3 years clinical experience in nursing

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
