Position: Registered Nurse - Flexible Community Care Role

As a key member of our team, you will deliver compassionate nursing services while adhering to the standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. This role requires a commitment to ongoing learning and client advocacy, engaging effectively with clients and their families to promote independence and health. Your clinical responsibilities will include assessments, care evaluations, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care within the scope of practice

• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans

• Communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams

• Complete necessary clinical documentation accurately

• Participate in ongoing training and developmental opportunities
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 1-3 years of nursing experience required

• Proficiency with IV medication administration necessary

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
