Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care for pediatric patients with complex needs

• Coordinate and evaluate patient care effectively

• Engage in comprehensive onsite orientation programs

• Support families and educate them on health issues

Requirements:

• Active Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within six months

• Knowledge of pediatric disease processes and care requirements

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
