In this position, you will leverage your Master's in Nursing and five years of clinical nursing experience to evaluate and treat patients with thromboembolic conditions. Demonstrating strong critical thinking and clinical leadership is essential in guiding patient care decisions and mentoring junior staff members.
Your role will significantly influence patient outcomes and the advancement of nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient health assessments
• Diagnose and manage complex health conditions
• Prescribe medications and provide client education
• Lead educational initiatives to enhance patient knowledge
• Work closely with physicians for coordinated care
Requirements:
• Master's in Nursing or related health field
• Ontario RN(EC) registration required
• Minimum of five years in clinical nursing
• Hematology program experience preferred
• Certification from CN is advantageous
