Bayshore Health Care is looking for a compassionate Visiting Nurse to join our community care team in the Hamilton and Burlington areas. Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in on-call rotations and overnight care
• Carry out personalized nursing assessments and interventions

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with an accredited nursing degree
• Current registration with CNO
• 2-5 years of nursing experience in a community or clinical setting
• Experience in advanced care techniques beneficial
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
