As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will provide critical nursing interventions for patients requiring high-level medical care. The ideal candidate must hold current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and have a minimum of 2 years’ acute medical/surgical nursing experience. A focus on education and participation in research initiatives fosters a progressive care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement critical nursing processes for high-acuity patients

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans

• Advocate for patients and families while delivering compassionate care

• Engage in research and continuous education opportunities

• Ensure compliance with critical care standards and competencies
Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience

• Valid BCLS/HCP and ACLS certification

• Preferred acute or critical care nursing experience

• Strong interpersonal and assessment skills
