In this temporary, full-time position as a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with a qualified inter-professional team to deliver comprehensive care at various hemodialysis units including Brantford and Hamilton. You will have two years of recent medical or surgical nursing experience and will support patients with complex needs through therapeutic and rehabilitative services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-informed care to patients with chronic diseases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
• Adapt to multiple hemodialysis unit environments
• Deliver high-quality treatment to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• BCLS/HCP certification mandatory
• Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to travel across multiple dialysis units
