Your role will focus on patient medication management and health education throughout Ontario.
This unique float role requires travel to various locations, including Bluewater and Guelph. You will monitor infusion treatments and educate patients based on protocols laid out by Cencora.
Experience with IV therapy and a compassionate attitude are vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer care and medications in-home and clinic settings
• Record and monitor patient treatment outcomes
• Facilitate patient education and medication management
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and policies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on patient care
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse status in Ontario
• At least 1 year of IV initiation experience
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and electronic record systems
• Must possess a valid driver's license for travel
