Advanced Practice Nurse - Part-Time

Overview

We are currently looking for someone to join our dynamic Leadership Team in the role of Nurse Manager. The primary role is to provide effective coordination and supervision of Community Nursing Health Services.

• Provide coordination, supervision, and coaching to the Nurses in the field.
• Develop and maintain an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services.
• Stay abreast of policies outlined in the Regulated Health Professions Act and Community Health Services best practices.
• Monitor employee performance.
• Promote and market Community Health Services and maintain positive public relations.
• Provide active guidance for workplace Health and Safety.

• Registered Nurse (RN) degree.
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, and work scheduling systems.
• Thorough knowledge of case management skills and nursing processes and practices.
• Vehicle available; some regular travel required.
• Leadership and people management skills are an asset.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• French language skills are an asset.

Full‑time position with an in‑office expectation out of our North Bay office. Hours of work will be Monday–Friday with participation in the Branch Manager On‑Call, which includes evenings and weekends on a rotational basis. Competitive salary ranging from $79,170.00 to $99,528.00, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria.
