In this role, you will engage with clients directly, providing care that encompasses pediatric, palliative, and wound management. The position emphasizes chronic disease assistance and requires a commitment to driving within the community. Enjoy varied shifts and no on-call duties, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized pediatric and palliative services
• Administer wound care and IV therapy
• Guide chronic disease management for clients
• Provide support for tracheostomy and ventilator patients
• Facilitate diabetes management sessions where necessary
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RPN)
• Active provincial registration and compliance (CNO)
• 1-2 years of recent nursing experience preferred
• Valid G2 or G driver’s license with vehicle access
• Readiness to travel within Hamilton/Burlington area
