Bayshore Home Care Solutions seeks Registered Practical Nurses for its Palliative Care program in Hamilton.

This role offers a flexible schedule while leveraging your nursing expertise in a rewarding setting.
As a Palliative Registered Practical Nurse, you will be a key member in our Visiting Nurse Program, delivering essential clinical support within the home. This position enables you to address not only the physical but emotional and spiritual aspects of care. You'll work on a casual day shift schedule, with on-call duties including overnight and weekend shifts.

• Forge trusting relationships with clients and their families

• Tailor care plans to ensure client independence and dignity
Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized School of Nursing

• Hold a current RPN registration with CNO

• CPR certification is mandatory

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required

• Proficient English language skills;
French is an asset
