Bayshore Health Care is seeking a dedicated nurse for overnight home care in Greater Hamilton. This casual position allows flexibility with no on‑call requirements, ensuring work fits personal schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver pediatric nursing care for overnight shifts
- Administer enteral nutrition via g‑tube or NJ‑tube
- Provide tracheostomy and ventilator support
- Conduct wound care and chronic disease management
- Support families with education and tailored care
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current registration with the CNO in valuable standing
- 1–2 years of relevant nursing experience required
- Experience in pediatrics and chronic disease management preferred
- Valid G2 or G Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required
