- Assist clients with diabetes management
- Work flexible overnight shifts as per availability
- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
- 1‑2 years relevant nursing experience
- Certifications in trach and vent care are assets
- Valid G2 or G Driver’s License required
- Willingness to travel within Hamilton/Burlington area
