Position: Registered Nurse for Patient Care

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to enhance our nursing practice. This role requires certification in NSWOC or IIWCC, emphasizing your ability to assess, monitor, and implement care plans for residents. You'll supervise nursing staff, manage evaluations, and provide leadership when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resident care following nursing standards and protocols

• Assess and monitor patients and develop care plans

• Supervise and evaluate nursing and personal care staff

• Manage performance reviews and address issues with leadership

• Direct the nursing department when the Director of Care is absent

Requirements:

• Current registered nurse certificate from an approved institution

• Eligible for registration with relevant professional bodies

• Experience in community or long-term care settings

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and solve complex problems
