Bayshore Health Care is searching for an Overnight Registered Practical Nurse dedicated to providing exceptional nighttime care for medically compromised youth. This role entails delivering pediatric nursing, managing wound care, and supporting clients with chronic disease education. You'll work flexible shifts to suit your schedule while making a significant impact on young lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver pediatric nursing and enteral nutrition care
• Manage chronic disease education and wound care
• Provide ventilator and tracheostomy support
• Assist with diabetes management for clients
• Work flexible overnight shifts as needed
Requirements:
• Current Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
• 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Trach and vent care certifications are assets
• Valid G2 or G Driver’s License required
• Willingness to travel within Hamilton/Burlington
