Temporary Clinical Nurse Manager

As the Clinical Nurse Manager at First Place, you will be responsible for both clinical quality and administrative duties within a supportive environment. This six-month contract allows you to impact client care and mentor nursing staff while ensuring that operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the nursing team

Requirements:

• Nursing degree/diploma and valid RN license required

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Nurse Manager

• Familiarity with community care resources and support services

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration experience

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
