As a registered nurse, you will adhere to the College of Nurses of Ontario's standards while providing effective and compassionate care. With a focus on patient-centered approaches, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support complex patient needs. The role requires strong assessment skills and the ability to contribute to improved health outcomes for patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver evidence-informed patient care
• Work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Assess and address complex health needs
• Maintain high professional standards of practice
• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two years medical/surgical nursing experience preferred
• Experience in Hemodialysis or Nephrology is an asset
• Current BCLS/HCP certification required
• Commitment to continuous professional growth
