Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this Registered Nurse position requires you to provide expert nursing care for residents and supervise ancillary staff. Responsibilities encompass medication administration, monitoring resident health, and coordinating care plans. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor residents' health conditions

• Administer medications and coordinate treatments

• Develop and maintain Resident Care Plans

• Direct nursing staff and support learning initiatives

• Foster good relationships with residents and families
Requirements:

• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Long Term Care experience is preferred

• Proficient in RAI MDS documentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
