The nurse practitioner will be an educator, consultant, leader and advocate to the residents, families and interdisciplinary team.general dutiesusing advanced clinical skills the np will provide direct clinical care, education, consultation and treatment in the area of geriatrics to support our residents in the home who may experience acute episodic and/or chronic health conditions.partner
