Compassionate RPN

Position: Compassionate RPN with Queensdale Clinic
Enhance community health as a Registered Practical Nurse at Queensdale Clinic in Hamilton. Deliver patient-centered care and work closely with physicians in a supportive role.

Queensdale Clinic is searching for a skilled RPN to provide essential patient care in person. In this full-time, permanent role, you will assist physicians, manage nurse-only appointments, and maintain excellent communication with patients about test results. Your expertise will help elevate patient well-being in the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians in clinical procedures and tasks

• Conduct patient histories and manage direct appointments

• Communicate important test results to patients via phone

• Document and manage patient care information efficiently

• Ensure a focus on compassionate patient care

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• RPNAO membership required

• Strong computer usage proficiency

• Experience in primary care is preferred

• Familiarity with Telus PS Suites beneficial
