This casual RPN position within the Palliative Visiting Nurse Program focuses on providing clinical support in clients' homes. You will address physical, emotional, and spiritual health needs while working flexible day shifts and participating in on-call rotations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical support tailored to individual needs
• Foster trust and rapport with patients and families
• Modify care plans to enhance well-being outcomes
• Facilitate emotional support during transitional phases
• Assist clients in maintaining independence and dignity
Requirements:
• Accreditation from a recognized School of Nursing
• Current RPN registration with the CNO
• CPR certification required
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
• Excellent English communication skills
