Care Partners is seeking RNs and RPNs for part-time and full-time roles in Tobermory. You'll have the chance to create impactful Care Plans and work collaboratively with patients and interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive Care Plans for patients

Requirements:
• RN or RPN certification
• Current registration with CNO
• Commitment to improving patient lives
• Valid driver's license for work travel
