Join us as a Nurse Manager in North Bay, overseeing Community Nursing Health Services with effective coordination and supervision. This full-time role includes on-call duties.
We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager to enhance our Leadership Team. This position requires an RN degree and 3-5 years of experience in coordination and supervision. You will play a key role in developing Care Plans and ensuring compliance with health policies while supporting nurses in best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise nurses delivering community health services
• Develop effective Care Plans independently and collaboratively
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and best practices
• Market and advocate for Community Health Services
• Promote workplace health and safety initiatives
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) degree
• 3-5 years of job-related experience
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Strong computer skills in relevant applications
• Ability to travel as needed
