Care Partners is seeking RNs and RPNs for part-time and full-time roles in Tobermory. You'll have the chance to create impactful Care Plans and work collaboratively with patients and interdisciplinary teams. This position allows you to practice within your full nursing scope while benefiting from a supportive culture and ongoing education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive Care Plans for patients
• Provide nursing services in homes, clinics, and more
• Collaborate with families and the care team
• Utilize virtual and in-person care approaches
• Handle clinical responsibilities as necessary
Requirements:
• RN or RPN certification
• Current registration with CNO
• Commitment to improving patient lives
• Valid driver's license for work travel
• Strong communication skills in English
