Join St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton as a Registered Nurse, providing vital support to patients in our ALC Unit. This part-time role requires expertise in patient care and teamwork.
The Registered Nurse will work on a part-time basis at the Charlton Campus, focusing on delivering exceptional care for seniors and those with complex needs. Candidates should have current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and relevant certifications to thrive in our collaborative environment. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working with geriatric patients and managing varied clinical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver holistic nursing care to patients and families
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
• Organize nursing activities to optimize patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively during patient interactions
• Adapt to changing clinical situations and priorities
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Up-to-date BCLS/HCP certification
• Recent clinical experience in nursing preferred
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Basic computer skills in nursing software
