This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with a maximum patient-to-nurse ratio of 3:1, allowing for meaningful patient interactions. You will lead in administering specialized therapies, ensuring the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead administration of specialized IV and Injection therapies
• Analyze and monitor patient conditions diligently
• Collaborate with other nursing staff for optimal care
• Innovate care techniques based on physician orders
• Document and respond to changes in patient health status
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of recent acute care experience
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
• Active provincial nursing registration required
• Excellent problem-solving and IV skills
• Experience with CVADs is a plus
