Part Time Registered Nurse at AgeCare

As a temporary part time Registered Nurse, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Care.

Your role will focus on ensuring individual care needs of residents are met through your nursing skills and interpersonal attributes. You will also be instrumental in cultivating a safe, supportive, and ethically sound environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing and services for residents

• Lead shift report for the health care team

• Record significant changes in resident conditions

• Process physician orders with prompt implementation

• Promote a culture of safety and well-being

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Knowledge in long-term care and relevant acts

• Registration in good standing with provincial registry

• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing

• Sound judgement and communication skills
