As a key member of Bayshore’s nursing team, you will administer in-home nursing care, conduct patient assessments, and enhance care plans collaboratively. This role emphasizes professional growth through ongoing training, making it ideal for those passionate about healthcare in community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments
• Administer IV therapy and palliative care
• Monitor and document patient care progress
• Educate patients and families on health topics
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams for effective care
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Registered and in good standing with CNO
• 2–5 years of relevant nursing experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive
• Experience with trach/vent management is advantageous
