Advance your nursing career as a Full-Time Clinical Coach in Hamilton, Ontario. Support clinical staff through education, mentorship, and training while delivering high-quality patient care.
As a Clinical Coach eph’s Home Care, you will lead educational programs and mentor nursing staff within the Clinical Programs division.
Your role includes assisting with recruitment and developing training, particularly focusing on Peritoneal Dialysis and compliance with health policies. Collaboration with management and clinical leadership will be essential in enhancing nursing practices across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership for staff development
• Provide daily coaching and mentorship to nurses
• Assist with recruiting and selection of qualified staff
• Develop employee learning plans with Clinical Nurse Managers
• Educate staff on policies and procedures compliance
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse education and experience preferred
• Current, unrestricted CNO license required
• Experience with peritoneal dialysis and palliative care preferred
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
• Previous community nursing experience is an asset
