This position is ideal for RNs focused on specialties such as Medical Surgical, L/D, ER, ICU, and Med Surgical. The role comes with an extensive orientation program of 6 to 14 weeks, enabling nurses to thrive while caring for patients with complex health needs. Your contributions will significantly enhance the quality of care delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general nursing care to patients with complex conditions
• Collaborate in treatment planning and patient management
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Support patient education and discharge planning
• Participate in training sessions for skill development
Requirements:
• Must have a current Registered Nurse Licensure
• NCLEX-RN exam completion is required
• Obtain ACLS and BLS certifications within six months
• Must be a Canadian citizen for application
