Position: Part Time RN with Extendicare Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold nursing care quality in daily operations

• Collaborate on patient assessments and care strategies

• Evaluate nursing staff performance and provide direction

• Direct nursing responsibilities in absence of lead manager

• Conduct regular reviews of patient care effectiveness
Requirements:

• Appropriate nursing certificate from certified institutions

• Registered with provincial regulatory body

• Prior experience in relevant care settings

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks in urgent situations
