Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multidisciplinary resident services

• Conduct comprehensive shift reports for staff

• Document changes in resident health accurately

• Implement physician orders in a timely manner

• Encourage a resident-first care culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Good standing with provincial nursing registry

• Relevant knowledge of care regulations

• Background in long-term or rehabilitation nursing

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
