Community Health Nurse Manager Position

Become a key member of our Leadership Team as a Nurse Manager in North Bay, managing Community Nursing Health Services. This is a full-time position with on-call responsibilities.

We are hiring a Nurse Manager who will provide essential coordination and supervision for our nursing team. Candidates should hold an RN degree and have 3-5 years of relevant experience, focusing on care plan development and policy adherence. Your leadership will enhance service delivery and promote Community Health Services in North Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field nurses in delivering community health services

• Coordinate and develop comprehensive Care Plans

• Stay informed about health profession regulations and standards

• Enhance public relations for Community Health Services

• Active guidance on health and safety within the workplace

Requirements:

• Must hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

• Excellent proficiency in computer systems

• Valid vehicle for travel
