In this position, you will oversee all aspects of resident health management and care activities within our long-term care home. You will facilitate communication with residents and families, ensuring all concerns are addressed effectively while developing care plans that meet individual needs. This leadership role requires a commitment to upholding the highest standards within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care activities in compliance with legislation

• Investigate resident and family concerns thoroughly

• Organize the Annual Care Conference Program

• Lead nursing staff to ensure quality care

• Develop appropriate care plans and staffing solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in management

• 3 years long-term care experience

• Registered Nurse designation from provincial College

• Post-secondary nursing education

• Certificate in organizational management
