In this full-time role, you will enhance nursing effectiveness by adhering to established policies while managing resident care. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care in accordance with nursing standards and policies
• Monitor and develop individualized care plans for patients
• Supervise and train nursing staff as required
• Conduct performance appraisals and recommend improvements
• Provide direction in the absence of the Director of Care
Requirements:
• Current valid nursing certification from approved institutions
• Registered or eligible for provincial nursing registration
• Relevant experience in community or long-term care
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative problem-solving and prioritization abilities
