As a Registered Nurse, you will be immersed in the Post Anaesthetic Room, providing patient-centered care that aligns with the mission and standards of SJHH. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in critical care nursing, emphasizing your ability to manage complex health situations with sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-informed care to promote patient health

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for optimal outcomes

• Lead care initiatives for high-acuity patients

• Function effectively in stressful, critical scenarios

• Attend to the specific needs of seniors and their families

Requirements:

• Registered with the Colleges of Nurses of Ontario

• At least 2 years of relevant critical care experience

• Current BCLS/HCP certification mandatory

• Gentle Persuasive Approach training preferred

• Ability to handle various shifts including on-call
