Position: RN needed in New Mexico
Job Overview
We are hiring for multiple positions including Kidney Dialysis in a newly built ward at a 90‑bed hospital with renovations and a positive work environment. Specialties needed:
Medical Surgical, L/D, ER, ICU, and Med Surgical. A 6‑to‑14‑week orientation will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Retention bonus: $20,000 USD (every 3 months an additional $2,500 check)

Relocation reimbursement: $5,000

Hourly rates: $28 to $38 USD per hour, no cap on pay rates, with seasonal performance/payroll reviews

Sign‑on: 2‑year work authorizations on a TN visa with options to renew into an EB‑3 green card, and sponsorship for EB‑3 green card upon renewal

Position Summary
The RN provides general nursing care to a diverse population of patients affected by cardiopulmonary, neurological, and surgical conditions. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in the organization and directly impact quality of life for patients.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse Licensure

Successfully passed the National Council Licensure Exam‑RN (NCLEX‑RN)

Must obtain ACLS and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hire

Eligibility
Applicants must have Canadian citizenship and NCLEX‑RN licensure. If education was obtained in a non‑English speaking country, IELTS or PTE may be required. New graduates are welcome.
