Become a part of the Able Living Services Binbrook Team as a Registered Practical Nurse. Focus on delivering nursing care and support to individuals with disabilities and seniors.
In this Temporary Full-Time role, your mission will be to monitor health conditions and provide nursing services within your scope of practice. You will be expected to respond to emergencies effectively and help maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Strong communication skills and professionalism are vital in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor health status of individuals
• Deliver nursing care in a safe, respectful manner
• Maintain building security and safety protocols
• Act swiftly in emergency situations
• Use discretion and sound judgment in all interactions
Requirements:
• Completion of practical nursing program and registration
• Passed the Canadian Practical Nurses Registration Exam
• Familiarity with Behaviour Strategies is advantageous
• Experience in geriatric or disability care
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
