As a School Nurse, you will implement high-quality care plans and lead health initiatives for students across various community settings. In this role, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your skills and work conditions designed for maximizing care time while minimizing travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and provide nursing care to school-aged clients
• Develop individualized health plans based on needs
• Teach health practices to families and educators
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards
• Collaborate with a committed healthcare team to promote wellness
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current registration in good standing with the CNO
• 1-2 years relevant nursing experience is preferred
• Valid G2 or G Driver’s License
• Willingness to travel within Hamilton and Burlington
