Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee care for medically complex individuals

• Mentor and evaluate personal support workers

• Manage staffing, audits, and documentation compliance

• Develop partnerships for clinical placements

• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency situations

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of RPN experience required

• Supervisory and developmental services experience preferred

• Knowledge of complex medical needs essential

• Valid Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
